My tablet pen is messed up after some sprite leaking from a fountain cup got into it. It works, but the pressure sensitivity is screwed up. The nib tip is SUPER sensitive now, same with the eraser part. I might need to go get another pen.

Looks like I don't have time to attend the intaglio lab hours because I have class 10:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30 until 6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Slowing down a bit. Dorking my life away playing Perfect World and forgetting about painting and commissions that I'm supposed to do. I wish I had Photoshop or a newer version of Elements. That'd be nice. I don't like relying on GIMP to paint.

Wow, I seriously should learn to speedpaint. I have 2 WIPs, one is near completion, but I'm just TOO DANG LAZY to even finish it. Fingers and feet are really the things that are putting me off when it comes to working on a piece. "Oh, her fingers are soooo complicated...LET'S SEE WHAT'S ON TV LA DEE DA..." What's up with bases popping up all over the place recently? Who started the trend anyway? Isn't it a little more original to, oh I don't know, make your character from start to finish instead of using someone else's base drawing and adding stuff to it? Are people getting too lazy to create their own stuff or something?

I don't know. I can understand someone in real life who likes to add things to dolls because they can't make them, but a base drawing? I find it quite awkward when I see images of nude, hairless people doing oh I don't know things and allowing others to use them. Come on people, let's be a little more original!

You know I really wish I could work on my artworks a little bit faster. I wish I could cough up works in a matter of HOURS instead of so many days. How do some people create masterpieces in just 3 hours?? I wish I could do something like that! I hate being snail-slow. Things don't get done at all.
